Covered
What the warranty covers
- Tile work we installed — shower pans, walls, floors, grout and waterproofing
- Cabinetry installation — level, plumb, secure, and doors that stay aligned
- Countertop installation and seams we set
- Plumbing and electrical connections made by our crew inside the remodel
- Drywall, trim, and paint work completed as part of your project
- Fixture and hardware installation
Not covered
What it doesn't cover
- Manufacturer defects in products — those are covered by the product's own warranty, and we'll help you file
- Normal wear, settling cracks, and caulk maintenance over time
- Damage from water leaks, neglect, or accidents after we finish
- Work performed by another contractor after our project closes
- Homeowner-supplied materials we did not source

If it's something we can't sort out over text, we schedule a time to see it in person, usually within a few days.

If it's our workmanship, we repair it. No invoice, no argument, no hunting down the crew that did the job.
