How much does a kitchen remodel cost here?

The full kitchen remodels we build generally range from $35,000 to $120,000 or more. Cabinetry, room size, finish selections, appliance choices, and changes to walls, plumbing, or electrical determine where a project falls in that range.

How long does the project take?

Bathrooms are usually 3 to 5 weeks of on-site work. Kitchens are usually 6 to 10 weeks once materials are on hand. Design and material selections happen before demo starts, so the schedule stays predictable instead of stalling mid-project.

Do I have to sit through a sales appointment to get a price?

Revived Spaces coordinates the permits your city requires and works with qualified specialty trades for plumbing, electrical, and other regulated work. One project manager oversees the project from planning through the final walkthrough.

What rooms do you remodel?

Kitchens and bathrooms are our specialty and the majority of what we build, along with connected spaces like basement bars, laundry rooms, and powder baths. We handle flooring, tile, plumbing, and electrical inside those rooms, but we don't take on roofing, siding, or additions, staying focused is why the finish details hold up.

How do payments and scheduling work?

Your contract sets the payment milestones before work begins. We schedule construction after selections and major materials are confirmed, then your private client portal keeps the schedule, approvals, change orders, and payment status in one place.
