The homeowners sent photos of a dated 1990s primary bath with a corner tub and a small fiberglass shower. We came back with good, better, and best options, they chose the best tier built around a blue palette. Before any demolition, we did a detailed walkthrough with our production lead Mike so nothing on the front end got missed.

Scope: Existing oak cabinetry refinished, new quartz counters, marble-look backsplash, matte black hardware, and updated lighting, no layout change.
Timeline: About 3 weeks on site
Budget range: Kitchen refresh range, $20,000 to $45,000

Not every kitchen needs a gut. The layout worked; the finishes didn't. Refinishing the solid oak boxes and upgrading counters and hardware delivered a new-kitchen look at roughly half the cost of a full remodel.
