Sodalite Blue Primary Bath

Scope: Full primary bath gut: blue stone slab shower walls, quartz bench and pan, navy double vanity with blue glass mosaic, floor-to-ceiling linen tower, and backlit LED mirrors.
Timeline: About 6 weeks on site
Budget range: High-end bath range — $45,000–$90,000

The homeowners sent photos of a dated 1990s primary bath with a corner tub and a small fiberglass shower. We came back with good, better, and best options — they chose the best tier built around a blue palette. Before any demolition, we did a detailed walkthrough with our production lead Mike so nothing on the front end got missed.

Scope: Ceiling-height stained walnut cabinetry, Calacatta-look quartz counters, farmhouse sink with coil-spring faucet, stainless appliances, and a subway tile backsplash.
Timeline: About 7 weeks on site
Budget range: Full kitchen remodel range — $35,000–$75,000

The family entertains constantly and the closed-off original kitchen didn't. The estimate started from their before photos and two inspiration shots; the final design kept the footprint but rebuilt every surface and doubled the storage with full-height cabinetry.

Oak Kitchen Refresh — Range Wall

Scope: Existing oak cabinetry refinished, new quartz counters, marble-look backsplash, matte black hardware, and updated lighting — no layout change.
Timeline: About 3 weeks on site
Budget range: Kitchen refresh range — $20,000–$45,000

Not every kitchen needs a gut. The layout worked; the finishes didn't. Refinishing the solid oak boxes and upgrading counters and hardware delivered a new-kitchen look at roughly half the cost of a full remodel.
